No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour, the following applies: ā¢ your booking amount will be converted to a credit, valid for 6 months, enabling you to reschedule a future tour. ā¢ For transportation services, the entire booking amount is forfeited in case of a no-show. Rebooking Fee: A $50 rebooking fee applies for rescheduling, except in cases of severe weather conditions that may affect the tour. Credit Policy: If you need to reschedule, your booking amount will be credited towards a future tour within 6 months. Note: Severe weather conditions are the only exception to the rebooking fee.
