Jamaica Flying Dress Clear Kayak Photoshoot Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: We offer a 24-hour risk-free cancellation for a full refund. After that, all bookings are non-refundable.

​

No-Show: Missed appointments will be converted to a 6-month credit (except transportation-only bookings, which are forfeited).

Rebooking Fee: A $100 fee applies for rescheduling, unless impacted by severe weather.

​

Credit Policy: Bookings may be rescheduled within 6 months using your original payment as credit.

​

Transportation Policy:
Transportation is provided only for guests participating in the Clear Kayak photoshoot. While we may try to accommodate additional tag-along guests, this is not guaranteed. If space is limited, non-participating individuals are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation.

By booking with Jamaica Flying Dress LLC, you acknowledge that all participation in our experiences — including photoshoots, transportation, and related activities — is undertaken at your own risk. Jamaica Flying Dress LLC and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or fatalities that may occur before, during, or after your scheduled session.

Media Rights:
By booking, you grant Jamaica Flying Dress LLC the right to use photos/videos from your session for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before your appointment.

Clear Kayak Shoot Delivery:
Jamaica Flying Dress LLC facilitates the Clear Kayak experience, which is executed by trusted local vendors. Final image delivery is handled directly by the assigned vendor.
