Due to the nature of consistent inquiries for specified date and times we offer no refunds but offer the option of rescheduling for another date or time that's convenient for the team. Also its the customers responsibility to call to confirm their appointment 24hours before their booked date. Also we reserve the right to use images or videos captured of customers for commercial purposes.
